Quality with a few drawbacks
Pros
Generally quiet, secure, with good finishes in the units. Nice rooftop, no package theft, rent on par with area.
Cons
Too few laundry machines that were prone to mechanical issues. Management was not responsive enough, were hard to communicate with, and entered the unit without advance notice.

Good Location and Affordable
Pros
Only thing I liked was rooftop access besides this was an average building.
Cons
It was not as clean as I would like it to be.
Advice to the owners
Please fix leaking water from the bathroom ceilings and do pest control.
