Pros
Rent was affordable. In a desirable neighborhood of the Bronx.
Cons
Tenants nextdoor seem like a frat house who had parties frequently. You're in Fordham university territory which means a lot noisier than usual. Super wanted to be aware of everything, even if you had visitors.
