A+ Quiet Spot

Pros

Small builiding, a few long term residents, quiet block, close to park, close to subways, responsive landlord, very little pest issues and weekly stairwell cleanings. exterminator comes 1/month.

Cons

Non-renovated kitchen. NE facing windows. Quiet builiding with some echo.
