Do not expect landlord to do anything
Pros
- Very nice neighbors - Quiet neighborhood - Close to beautiful park and other amenities
Cons
- Structural issues within building (eg. no insulation in outdoor facing wall) - Regular upkeep of building (eg. clearing out gutters) basically nonexistent without tenant bringing it up
