After this landlord and management took over our building every thing went downhill. Our previous landlord was better and deserve 5 stars. They don’t care about how we live they only care about their money. There is rodent and roaches no heat during winter the super is another joke, he doesn’t know how to fix anything and always breaking rather than fixing. We deal with a manager that is a constant manipulator a liar to the core.
Advice to the owners
Care about your tenants and how we live rather than your money. Remember why you are living in a beautiful house and have luxurious materials. Be nice to your tenants. We are the ones supplying your living.
Improve on communication with tenants

Still have never seen the landlord since I moved in. Still won’t give us keys for my apt or front door

Maybe you should actually take care of your building and not be so money hungry and not lie on your listings.
