The location is everything!
Cons
There's scaffolding that attracts a lot of pigeons and the landlord does not clean it regularly.
Advice to the owners
Please clean the outside space more regularly.

Toured an apartment during walkthrough; seemed clean and well kept up

Clean, updated, quiet
Cons
No complaints from my tour. Seemed like rear apartments may get limited light due to large buildings to the south.
