This Management Company is the worst!

Pros

Neighborhood is amazing, building is kept clean, electronic payments.

Cons

Building management is non-responsive and will only communicate through calling, I think as not to leave a paper trail on how long issues have gone unresolved. After 3 years of having EXORBITANTLY high electricity bills and begging them to come and check if everything was wired right, we found out that the upstairs neighbor’s apartment Heat/AC units were wired to our electricity. They refuse to compensate us. The backyard has been infested with rats for years. Had to call 311 and get a health inspector to look. They still did nothing. The problem is so bad that you can’t enjoy the backyard. The rats are the size of rabbits. The downstairs toilet was broken for months. Just gave up on getting it fixed. If they do schedule maintenance - they never show up at scheduled time or at all. Have literally wasted days waiting for maintenance to show up. Also have the audacity to raise the rent by hundreds of dollars every year.

Advice to the owners

Maintain the building. Give a little bit of care that actual hunan beings live in this building.

Bad management ok unit

Pros

Somewhat up to date renovation and applicances

Cons

Paper thin wall, dirty hallway and bad management. They only care about getting the rent paid on time other wise will give you a huge fine. But they barely respond to any of your request on time
