Ive lived here for two years with my roommate and have enjoyed it. Great neighbors, has everything I was looking for - washer/dryer in unit, A/C and dishwasher. Access to rooftop with tables and chairs. 1 minute walk to train. Quiet area
Cons
No complaints other than water getting too hot at times and sink clogging

Charming but needs updates
Pros
Beautiful pre war apartments and original details Friendly neighbors aside from one that lives pretty dirty They vacuum the hallway carpets every week Great location near central park
Cons
Rent increased an insane amount for an old walk-up apartment with no laundry in the building or an updated kitchen, although we had been living there for 3 years
Advice to the owners
Respect tenants that have been there awhile and have kept the apartment in good shape
