Pros
Excellent doorman, good team of garbage men who help out and super who is very helpful. Periodic carpet cleaning and sanitizing is done. Management is quick with responding,
Cons
Noise in all times of day and night can hear conversations and arguments thru the wall. As well as, love making. Heat is close to none or minimal in the winter season. Lots of nosey neighbors who got nothing else to do and start unnecessary drama especially on a Sat or Sun early morning . Lots of smokers in the building which need to be monitored . Laundry room needs to be kept cleaner and more machines that are broken.
Advice to the owners
Make some periodic visits weekly to see how things are going!
