It’s okay for a temporary stay
Pros
The neighbors, all expect one apartment, are friendly and keeps to themselves most of the time.
Cons
One apartment is very noisy, very chaotic, and always starting problems with other neighbors.
Advice to the owners
Handle the neighbors in 5A because they’re driving away the tenants.
