Great location near mall and parks
Pros
The building has been recently remodeled and they are renovating the apartments. The place has parking in garage and assigned spots. There is a pool. They have elevators and on site management t. The management is responsive to repairs.
Cons
They don’t have porters to take garbage out and bring in your packages.
Advice to the owners
