Solid 1BR on UES
Pros
Location and price point are hard to beat when looking for first 1BR apartment
Cons
Very young tenants that are noisy and throw parties a lot with no repercussions
Advice to the owners
Institute a noise reduction policy

Staff rude, unresponsive and aggressive. Do not come on the phone or respond
Pros
Ideally located. No rodents.
Cons
Building heat problematic. In 5 F temperatures over the winter spell apartment was usually at 65 F
Advice to the owners
Revamp staff and customer service sensitization. Address heat issues to a minimum of 68 F as per policy.
