Really great spot
Pros
The apartment feels really safe. The owner lives in the building and is very responsive. Never seen even a fly in the apartment
Cons
In the winter the heat is regulated by the building so it can get a bit hot. No visiting pets not even ones that are visiting.
Advice to the owners
Great place overall.
