Pros
Each bedroom has its own en-suite, there’s plenty of light, and laundry on site and around the corner, good neighborhood location
Cons
Unresponsive management, pest and mold issues (mold in AC units and roaches in the shower), major water damage from management and owner neglect and laziness, laundry is pay per use, drafty and overall poorly constructed
