It's very eh
Pros
Great chopped cheese downstairs, cute tiling in bathroom, good closet space
Cons
The whole apartment is small, the super is not the friendliest, the bathroom had moldy caulk that couldn't be cleaned, exterminator is supposed to come by once a month but only came by sporadically

Nice amenities, awful location and noise levels
Pros
Great layout, great people, great amenities.
Cons
Awful management, pipes freeze in winter, poor pest control at times, very little sunlight outside of bedrooms. Most important: WALLS ARE THIN AS PAPER
Advice to the owners
Noise proof the apartment.
