Stay far away from any Brusco Building
Pros
Numerous violations and multiple lawsuits. Worst company. No sprinklers in room, no fire alarms , very unsafe, sealed windows. Poorly maintained and terrible electricity .They make you pay in cash so you have no proof. Terrible terrible management . Please stay far away. I beg you. Look up their reviews and them on the department of buildings .
