Proactive and fair management - clean overall and good rent price
Cons
No elevator but can’t complain the rent is cheap lol

super is very responsive and cleans the building frequently. great neighborhood feel and reasonable prices for the units
Cons
there have been a couple roaches but an exterminator comes every month
