Nice quiet neighborhood, close to subway, easy fast commute to Manhattan
Cons
Very thin walls - you hear literally everything. Management is good with fixing small issues, but when it comes to something major, they give a runaround.

Lack of security...stolen packages/bikes ...consist parties and endless amounts of random people in the building.
