A jem during covid
Pros
Great Location, clean, friendly staff, big bedroom
Cons
- Windows insulation, -hotel next door was converted to shelter recently and became very loud at night, - soon after covid , rent fee skyrocketed (surprise surprise)
Advice to the owners
Focus more on good tenants retention

Disgusting and dehumanizing building, avoid at all costs

Cons
Management is rather unresponsive and intentionally ignores tenants for reporting conditions like rodent infestations; there is so much trash piled up in the common area that you can’t be in the hallways without holding your breath or you might vomit. It’s rather dehumanizing when management ignores these issues and they persist for many months. I would avoid this building as long as it’s managed by this company.
