Great place, ok manager
Pros
Great neighborhood, great unit, really nice place
Cons
Had some rainwater leakage issues that took awhile to be resolved with the property manager but did eventually get fixed

Solid Unit with nice features
Pros
The house is recently renovated and the backyard is quite nice. Great new fixtures and a well designed layout.
Cons
Property management responsiveness could be improved. As with any house, issues arise but there could be better communication about repairs
