Solid Place to Live Considering the Price
Pros
The neighbors were relatively quiet. The super was very responsive. Never had any issues with gas, water, electricity, etc.
Cons
Building is a little old and could be renovated. For some reason, the dishwasher was removed from my unit right before I moved in. The intersection near the building is also sometimes noisy around rush hour.
