Great area, terrible landlord and old building
Pros
Love the yard, the sunshine, the washer dryer, fingerprint door, dog policy, stone/wood floors
Cons
Terrible landlord. Took her 2 months to get us proper heat in January and February. Took her over 1 month to get rid of our roach infestation (10 roaches found in 2 months, 100s in our apartment, experiencing flooding for months she has yet to fix, is dismissive about any issue and thinks we’re premaddonas, COMMUNICATION is the worst with her. She had someone come to work on electric with NO WARNING and I lost connection to wifi and desktop on important workday.
Advice to the owners
BETTER COMMUNICATION. This is YOUR building, fixing problems quickly and effectively is in your best interest for your long term investment. Don’t belittle your tenants issues
