Manageable place to live
Pros
Pro was that it is a big apartment and affordable rent for NYC. Roof access too which is great.
Cons
Dirty entry way & loud neighbours

Not bad at all
Pros
Good price. Washer & dryer downstairs. Thermostats/ Central Air. Big windows. Very clean building.
Cons
Tricky landlord, he didn’t want to give us our security deposit when we moved out because of something our roommates did. He tried to say we were all responsible for another mans actions. We threatened to take him to court and he had no problem giving us our security deposit then.
Advice to the owners
Treat your tenants right.
