A really good East Village life experience
Pros
The building is really well located and close to lots of restaurants, bars, distractions in East Village.
Cons
The fact this building has such a good locations for NY night life makes it difficult in term of noise.
Advice to the owners
Renovate the building and make it sound proof

Decent building for east village
Pros
Quiet in the back
Cons
It’s old- and crusty. One time there was a water breach and I didn’t have any clean water for a few days. There is a garden in the back that tenants aren’t allowed to use.
Advice to the owners
Please let the tenants use the back yard area.
