Great location, fun neighbors, many units have outdoor space which is wonderful. Supers are responsive
Higher up management is difficult to get ahold of and slow to help with issues
easy-going co-op, not too loud since it's tucked behind the front building
shakes when a truck goes by
the intercom system's pretty frustrating
