Insane conEd bill in winters & still cold
Pros
Location, maintenance, super.
Cons
Biggest con was the heating system. All electric. Insane bill in winter and still freezing.

Lovely Building, I'd Move Back If I Could
Pros
Elevator building with amenities like laundry in building, bike room, community room and apartments include a virtual doorman, dishwasher and the ability to control the heat/ac in each room. The apartment designs are nice and management is pretty responsive (at least when I lived there).
Cons
There weren't enough washer/dryers for the units and people who lived there and the dryers didn't work well.
