8 West 90th Street Review
Pros
Quiet building. Great super. Beautiful neighborhood right near the park. Has been a wonderful experience living here.
Cons
Hardwood floors in the apartment are old and not maintained well. Tenants have to cover the floor with carpet.

Good location but badly managed
Pros
Close to Central Park, CMOM, and AMNH.
Cons
Tons of BIG roaches in the building. Deposit is hard to get back 100% (heard from multiple previous tenants. The super/landlord never deals with roaches issues in the building.

Please take care of your tenant's needs.
