Nice spot in BK
Pros
Pros: Large bedrooms Only 2 units in the building Management is friendly and not overbearing Corner building unit (lots of natural light) No pets or rat problems No leaks or flooding when it rains Close to two train stops and a bus stop Fair rent prices
Cons
Cons: Trash management is a mess but no one gives you problems for it Neighborhood can get a bit loud
