Bed Bugs and Old appliances
Pros
Great neighborhood, charming old apartment
Cons
Outdated appliances, on-going bed bug issue. Land lords cheap out with the exterminator. He just sprays blindly and does not even search for them. I have requested heat treatment /or a k9 to come in and sniff them out, and have been ignored. Rent is getting raised for no reason too so I'm moving anyway.
Advice to the owners
You should spend more money on exterminators and update appliances.

-Outdoor space -Renovated with new appliances -Strong heat in the winter -Monthly exterminator

-Front door not secure and facilitated a break-in to the apartment
