Great apt, good owners
Pros
Lived here for 7 years, owners were good people, would definitely rent with them again.
Cons
Railroad apt so there was no window in the kitchen/living space

Old building with a charm
Pros
A lot of sunlight, heat works well, very responsive owner
Cons
There's no mail room, so packages would get lost. Street noise. Water bugs.
