A gem in the bx
Pros
Management was responsive and kept their properties well maintained
Cons
A walk from train/stores Could use better notice for things like no water or heat.

Landlord is a scammer
Pros
I liked that it was close to the train and supermarkets.
Cons
I hated that the super was always flirting when he comes to fix things and the landlord would lie that he didn’t receive rent so make sure you have proof of it!
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants and don’t scam them. Don’t double charge them and watch your super their supposed to be helping not flirting with us tenants making us feel uncomfortable I say us because I asked all my other neighbors and they feel the same way.
