Super Cool digs
Pros
The rent was really affordable until we were kicked out. Then I had no home.
Cons
The house was falling apart and Columbia would only fix serious damages and then leveraged those damages against us.
Advice to the owners
Value history. Aubergine was one of the last artist houses in the city and you ended that to make more dorms…
