Mediocre apartment in LES
Pros
Good area in LES right by F train Never felt super unsafe
Cons
Roach problem even though exterminator came once a month 50/50 chance of hot water in the winter Stolen packages !!! Rats in garbage cans

It’s quite well kept, nice and quiet. Definitely clean for the most parts no
Cons
Somehow have a lot of pests like cockroaches, ants, spiders. Expected for an old building though.
