-history, building character, proximity to park and price
Cons
-management was not a good communicator & live-in super became entangled in tenants personal lives -far walk from trains and affordable grocery stores

Sunny and nicely renovated
Pros
Really nice renovation and friendly super. Loved the light in the unit and the rooftop was amazing!
Cons
Had some issues with bugs, but nothing too overwhelming.
Advice to the owners
Make sure the exterminator is hitting all units and public spaces regularly
