Overall Great West Village Walkup!
Pros
Responsive management and a lovely super, hallways are typical walk up style and rundown but the units themselves are nice and well kept, washer/dryer and dishwashers in unit are a huge plus.
Cons
West 4th Street facing units can be loud especially on the weekends, some noise between floors/walls of units as well.

Good value building
Pros
Price was very good. Landlord mostly responsive and easy to work with.
Cons
Common areas can be a bit dirty at times, the only elevator went out for months for renovations with short notice
