Lovely place to live
Pros
I loved living here. The proximity to the river and so many cool neighborhoods makes it a walker’s paradise. My apartment was cozy and had big windows.
Cons
Since all the apartments are right by the stairwell, it does get noisy at times. I invested in a white noise machine and some good ear plugs for nighttime.

Pros
Very nice neighbors and quiet, only noise comes from the streets. Attentive and kind landlord. Very easy access to stores, restaurants, laundry and coffee shops. Management responsive about mold concern.
Cons
Cockroaches, AC unit left behind by previous tenant covered in mold, mold in dishwasher, pest control sign up but have not heard from management.
Advice to the owners
Pest control needs to be more attentive. Inside of building and foyer needs to be cleaned and updated!!!
