Great building in FiDi
Pros
This residence is a hidden gem! I love being close to gyms, grocery stores, subways, and the West Side highway. The amenity floors are always clean and have great views.
Cons
Elevators break down constantly. Sometimes, you wait 10-15 minutes for the only working elevator.
Advice to the owners
Figure out a way to fix the elevators

Has the best rooftop in any apartment in Manhattan handsdown

AWFUL elevators. 2 elevators for 57 floors??? I've had to walk down 44 flights of stairs more than I've ever wanted to
Advice to the owners
Just demolish this, this is an abomanation
