Responsive landlord, strange set up
Pros
Beautiful old townhouse. Victor cared a lot about the upkeep of the building.
Cons
The apartment we lived in did not have a door to separate it from the entryway. As the front door did not automatically lock, this meant that if our downstairs neighbor forgot to lock the door we had no way to keep anyone out
Advice to the owners
Add a front door to the apartment
