Lived here for 3 years - great building!
Pros
Responsive management, clean, haven’t had to deal with pests, amazing location
Cons
Sometimes it takes a while for follow through after the management comes and takes a look at things that need repairs

Great home on Hudson!
Pros
Quiet area, great management who is very responsive, updated unit.
Cons
Very little cons. Occasional issues with heat control.
