New management is a slum lord

Pros

Rent stabilized, bigger kitchen and living rooms, newer kitchens, packages are never stolen, bedrooms have closets, high ceilings throughout

Cons

No AC and the building definitely needs work and updating that has not happened. Multiple units have roach infestations that go untreated and all of tenants. New management took over as of Jan. 2022 and they are literally slum lords. They go by Denali but are actually chestnut holdings in the bronx. Known for being sued by tenants and buying rent stabilized buildings and leaving tenants in disarray. They will not fix ANYTHING in the unit. They are refusing to help a roach infestation and you cannot ever reach them by phone. They run illegal practices.

Advice to the owners

Actually service your units and stop hiding behind a faceless website. It takes no effort to do your job from the beginning rather than wait for it to get worse.
