Love and hate
Pros
Doorman. Great heat and water pressure. Laundry room in the building.
Cons
Poor cleanliness in laundry room. The elevator stops on ground floor all the time regardless if the button is pressed or not.
Advice to the owners
Great property owner. Very responsive. Attend immediate needs.

Location Proximity to good restaurants Porters and doormen are friendly
Cons
-Heat coming out of hvac is way too hot even at low setting. -super is not always helpful especially to tenants who rent. -elevator frequently broken

Treat everyone who needs help with something equally
