Good building, bad management
Pros
Good neighbors Close to the L and many great restaurants
Cons
Management is utterly uncommunicative and unresponsive, except when rent is due (the building has had no heat for almost two months, and do we know what the plan to fix this is: no)

nice upgraded bathroom
Cons
we went without heat for two days 5x over the winter and needed to sleep in parkas…The front of the building was infested with cockroaches
