Dirtiest bldg I ever lived in
Pros
Nice neighbors, Close to train station and most busses, You got everything close to you
Cons
Dirty, Noisy, You have to go downstair to open the damn building door, imagine those you live in the fifth floor.
Advice to the owners
Fix the damn bldg
