Decent apartment but owner is rude and maintenance can’t help
Pros
Lots of space as well as good sunlight, price, layout, and location
Cons
Owner replies slowly and rudely to maintenance requests. The shower doesn’t drain water properly. Mice and roaches have appeared every two weeks.
