Worst of the worst

Pros

Can’t think of anything / no pros

Cons

Does this sound like a place you'd like to call home? (these are just a few examples) I contacted the district attorney's office when a managing agent advised me that Woodstock Tower building staff took an audio recording of me while I was in my apartment without my knowledge. I saw online that Woodstock Tower staff took pictures of another Woodstock Tower resident without her knowledge. I have to wonder how many other residents have felt like their privacy was violated here. I contacted the police when a Woodstock Tower resident who is a music teacher/musician at Eastside Westside in NYC taped money to my door (I'm Jewish) and harassed me other times. Endless repairs/construction on the building, in front of the building, across from the building at all hours (thanks for understanding, sorry for any inconvenience!) ..... Welcome Home!!!

Advice to the owners

Do better.

The perfect building

Pros

Friendly staff, kind neighbours, and the best water pressure I've ever experienced. I've lived here 4 yeard and have never once seen any pests, which is unheard of in NYC

Cons

Being a co-op, can sometimes take some jumping through hoops to get repairs done.
