Pros
Good location, close to stores and transit.
Cons
So much garbage outside all the time, overflowing garbage always. Sewer issues and exposed sewage for weeks on the basement level. Hoards of rats outside. Loud banging front door.
Advice to the owners
Be more considerate of your renters

Management is a joke
Pros
Residential area, long-term residents of the neighborhood make for a homey feel neighborly, good access to the subway, units themselves are fine
Cons
Old building (creaky stairs, old pipes), owner not responsive, repairs are shotty at best, garbage everywhere = rats (not inside though)
Advice to the owners
Get rats under control. Do more than just the bare minimum.
