Good apartment, great price, responsive landlord
Pros
- Very cheap rent, chill landlord - Well-kept lobby, hallways, and trash - Very few bugs and no rodents
Cons
- Water pressure is bad, leaky sink, noisy shower - Rent payments are done by mail, not online

price location responsive landlord (though at times difficult)

hallway always smells weird (like pee) kitchens are insanely tiny and not updated
