Absent landlord just wants your money
Pros
The apartments are pretty, and those facing south get much light
Cons
Apartment might have lead, mold. Apartment does have bad mice issues. Landlord does nothing to help the situation. Landlord does not respond. Damp areas in kitchen are a sign of deeper building issues. Higher floors have roof leaking problems. Older tenants are abandoned by landlord. Awful experience. Think twice.
