Responsible landlord and quiet neighborhood

Pros

Rental unit is from 1970’s so it does not have those huge radiators that stick out. The apartment has been well refurbished, new bathroom and kitchen furniture.

Cons

Nearby neighbors can be noisy during holidays

Advice to the owners

Please update the kitchen exhaust fan
