Pretty good overall but overpriced in my opinion
Pros
-Fairly clean building -Laundry in-unit -Offer extermination services monthly
Cons
-FREEZING in the winter, they don't turn the heat on enough at all -Packages always getting stolen out of lobby -Listed as 1 bedroom but really more like a studio, overpriced

Good while it lasted
Pros
Laundry in unit, laid out well, recent updates, quality materials, key fob, location
Cons
Garbage room would quickly overflow, loud stairs that weren’t sturdy, squeaky floors, small kitchen sink, street noise throughout, mgmt would not discuss amount for lease renewal and increased significantly
Advice to the owners
Pace your increases in rent, not everyone needing 3 beds has roommates to split costs
